Repairify is making its debut on stand F23, Hall 8.0 at Automechanika Frankfurt between 13-17 September 2022 with the introduction of several products designed to support European bodyshops in the collision repair sector through the employment of intelligent automotive technology solutions.
The product portfolio includes asTech Connect, a newly developed remote diagnostics system providing remote vehicle diagnosis. The customer plugs the asTech Connect device into the vehicle via the diagnostic port, which then interfaces with a tool side platform housed in Repairify’s datacentre via the asTech service platform. The vehicle can then be diagnosed, calibrated or programmed over the air, remotely, using OE tools. All activity is supervised and managed by Repairify’s dedicated team of IMI qualified technicians who support technicians through the activity.
The asTech All-in-One is a single solution that provides both local diagnostics and calibration services via a tablet, including the asTech Connect device which enables the ability to access Repairify Remote Services over the air solutions. It is supported by asTech trained technicians and manufacturers’ original equipment. …/
The market leading asTech Digital ADAS Calibration System integrates with Repairify’s diagnostic tool range, including everything technicians need to get started with ADAS calibrations. It is the ideal solution for busy bodyshops with a large turnover of vehicles, complying with the Thatcham IIR standards.
The fully digital ADAS calibration kit is: • Industry approved with full audit trail • Dynamically adjusts to the vehicle’s distance and angle • Space saving and time efficient • Small amount of workshop space required • Simple to use • Integrates with Repairify’s asTech and VHC remote technology for newer vehicles • Improves key to key times – no need for subcontractors or sending the car to main dealers
The asTech Remote Diagnostics Device is simple to use; just plug it in to perform vehicle diagnostics, calibrations and programming by enabling the vehicle to communicate with an OEM device at Repairify’s data centre. This means that rather than taking the vehicle to a main dealer, it can calibrate or reprogram the vehicle using an OEM tool remotely.
Phil Peace, managing director (SVP) International for Repairify, says, “At Automechanika this year, our intention is to communicate Repairify’s commitment to provide intelligent technical solutions, backed by a world-class customer experience. As vehicles continue to advance at a rapid pace, we want to offer our customers reassurance and peace of mind that by using our technologies and relying on our IMI qualified technicians, they can have confidence that they are fully supported for their repairs.”
