Pegasus Automotive Group announces arrival of Aston Martin DBX in Kuwait

Pegasus Automotive Group, the exclusive dealer in Kuwait for the iconic British sports car Aston Martin, has revealed the arrival of Aston Marin DBX in its showroom in Ghazali Road. The carmaker’s first luxury sports utility vehicle (SUV) is much anticipated in the Kuwait market where SUVs are a popular choice among car owners.

The luxury automotive company has welcomed DBX, which has already raised great interest among its discerning customers seeking for distinctive driving experience of an Aston Martin brand.

DBX’s body structure is built using bonded aluminium panels and extrusions – making it both light and stiff – to maintain an overall kerb weight of 2,245 kg. It is powered by a 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8. It features an impressive output of 542bhp and 700Nm of torque, and an active exhaust system which defines it as an Aston Martin brand – refined sound at one moment – and roaring the next.

One of the unique features of DBX’s V8 engine is its cylinder deactivation which enhances fuel economy, but also boast of speed, propelling from 0 to 100kph in 4.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 292kph.

Another distinctive feature of the DBX is its adaptive triple volume air suspension, combined with the latest 48v electric anti-roll control system and electronic adaptive dampers, which allows the car to raise its height by 45mm or lower it by 50mm, enabling it to tackle a wide range of terrain.

DBX goes on sale at a starting price of 72,000 KD.
