Valsoft Corp., a company that specializes in the development and acquisition of software-based businesses, has recently announced the purchase of DMS, a leader in dealer management software.
According to Don Wilson, CEO, the Interactive DMS has been near and dear to him and now he has absolute confidence and certainty that there is no better home for the Interactive DMS than in the hands of Valsoft. “There is no doubt in my mind that Valsoft will soar to new heights having this brand and the outstanding clients of Wilson Software’s DMS.”
Meanwhile, in a statement, Ouissam Youssef CEO and Co-founder of Valsoft, said that they would provide a permanent home to Interactive DMS and its customers. He revealed that they aim to build on Interactive and its founder Don Wilson’s legacy of offering world-class software solutions to car dealerships around the world.
For Valsoft, Interactive DMS is the first of several acquisitions in the automotive software space. Valsoft Vice President and Co-founder Stephane Manos believes that they can offer a better service to their customers by gaining scale to build more complete solutions and offer better support.
This Canada-headquartered company specializes in building and purchasing vertical market software companies that offer mission critical solutions in their respective niche or industry. Its operating strategy is to hold, invest and create value in companies in the long run through a variety of organic growth and acquisition initiatives.
