Just recently, Osram has rolled out the new LEDinspect PRO series consisting of five high-performance LED work lights: Penlight 150 UV-A, Penlight 150, Pocket 280, Bonnet 1400, and Slimline 280.
In a statement, Petra Maya Wilhelm, Product and Portfolio Manager at Osram, said that they have further developed the LEDinspect range to create the new LEDinsoect PRO products, offering professional users with highly durable and flexible LED lighting solutions that are ideally designed to meet the requirements of vehicle inspection and maintenance work.
Reliable and Powerful Lighting for the Workshop
Osram takes pride in its LEDinspect-PRO series’ reliable illumination which provides reliable illumination so technicians can perform their maintenance and repair work. These advanced LED lamps are designed to be attached directly to the vehicle by their built-in magnet or flexible hook and they are battery-operated so the user does not have to worry about trailing cables.
Slimline 280
The all-new LEDinspect PRO SLimline 280 delivers high-intensity light. Thanks to the 10 LEDs arranged in a row with a luminous intensity of 280 lumen and color temperature of 6000 kelvin, the work areas on a vehicle are provided with ideal ilumination. The head can be adjusted through 180 degrees, so the light can be direcgted exactly where it is required. Moreover, the holder and magnet give the Slimline 280 great versatility, enabling both hand to be free to do the work. On the front of the inspection lamp, there is a display showing the current status of the heavy-duty battery which will give up to four hours of light at full output and up to eight hours when the lamp is utilized as flashlight. Also, the battery can be easily recharged through the USB port or the supplied charging station.
Bonnet 1400
Boasting of a flexible fully rotatable telescopic holder, the LEDinspect PRO Bonnet 1400 is perfectly suitable for horizontal illumination of the engine to make vehicle inspection and maintenance easier. The holder is removable, enabling Bonnet 1400 to be suspended by its built-in hook for vertical illumination. Featuring 168 LEDs over a length of 180 meters and a light output of 1400 lumen, it emits very bright uniform light over a huge area. With an ultra-lightweight but robust aluminum design, users can handle Bonnet 1400 easily. This inspection lamp can be recharged utilizing the supplied 5-meter long cable.
Pocket 280
Featuring compact dimensions of 132 x 63 millimeters, three high-power LEDs and integrated spotlight function, the all-rounder Pocket 280LED inspection lamp blends user-friendliness and notable light output of 280 lumen. The built-in belt makes this lamp ready for action at all times. A specifically strong magnet at the back and a fold-out holder offer different options for attaching the lamp to the vehicle, either inside or outside. The display also gives constant information regarding the status of the batteries in this portable work light. The batteries can give light for three hours and can be recharged via USB.
Penlight 150 and Penlight 150 UV-A
Penlight 150 features a compact design making it ideal for vehicle inspections. This lamp offers 150 lumen in a focused beam and boasts a non-slip dirt-resistant surface, hence making it easy to handle. It also comes with a magnetic clip so it can be attached directly on the vehicle. What’s more, it is equipped with an extra UV light for inspecting the engine compartment, enabling to find leaks in the aircon unit.
