These procedures are designed to help commercial fleet collision shops deliver consistency within the repair process through the development of standardized repair procedures.

They help teach fundamental and advanced skills, show proper techniques and display advanced product solutions. Plus, they offer step-by-step guidance through an array of projects to help ensure that repairs are done in an efficient and professional manner.
Included in the topics covered are Clean-up Process, Headlight Restoration, Paint Finishing: Small and Large Areas, Prime Part (Aluminum, FRP, SMC, Composite), Prep New Parts, Corrosion Protection (Cavity Wax/Rust Fighter-I), Seam Sealer Installation: Over Primer and Direct to Metal, Seam Sealer Removal, Cosmetic Repair (SMC, FRP, Composites), Back Side Reinforcement (SMC, FRP, Composites), Composite Panel Removal and Installation, Aluminum Dent Repair, Aluminum Panel Installation: Adhesive, and Aluminum Panel Removal.
Each of the SOP topics has instructions with photographic examples and a list of 3M product solutions utilized to properly and effectively complete a repair.
