Jeep® Middle East has officially announced regional media figure and social media personality, Kris Fade, as Brand Ambassador for the Middle East region. Initially set for six months, the collaboration between Jeep brand and Kris Fade was soon after extended to a year-long partnership until September 2023. Throughout the year, Kris Fade will work closely with the automotive brand to usher in a new era of premium refinement with the launch of its 5-seater, fifth-generation Jeep Grand Cherokee in the region, alongside the recently launched Grand Cherokee L (7-seater). Commenting on the new partnership, Kris Fade said: “Of course, adventure is in the Jeep brand DNA but it’s not always about climbing dunes or driving through rugged mountain terrain. The new Grand Cherokee is for adventures big and small and as a family man it’s just as exciting taking the car to discover new places with the kids. As the Middle East Brand Ambassador for this iconic brand – and specifically for the new Grand Cherokee which is more premium than you’d probably ever imagine – we will be creating some great content that brings to life all the adventures you can have with the car. I’m very excited to share my journey as part of the Jeep family so watch this space.” Marco Melani, Managing Director, American Brands at Stellantis ME said: “The all-new 5-seater Grand Cherokee with its cutting-edge technology, stylish interiors and unparalleled 4×4 capability has entered a new era of refinement with a more premium driving experience. We wanted to showcase these features through creating authentic and engaging content and are very pleased to be collaborating with Kris Fade, an iconic cultural trendsetter in the Middle East, who embodies the Jeep brand values of authenticity, freedom and passion. We at Jeep believe in harnessing the power of regional talent and are very excited that Kris will continue to be part of the Jeep family and will work with us to create great content that spotlights our brand’s most iconic and legendary vehicles, especially with the launch of our fifth-generation Jeep Grand Cherokee.” Born in Sydney, Australia, Kris Fade is of Lebanese origin and is popularly known in Sydney and Dubai for his work with Virgin Radio 104.4 Dubai and EDGE 96.1 Australia.
