Emirates Motor Company (EMC), the authorised general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, has announced exciting offers for its customers to mark the end of 2021.
As part of its end-of-year offerings, EMC will host Service Weekends during October, November and December to provide customers with vehicle health checks carried out by certified technicians from Mercedes-Benz, ensuring a five-star service. Customers will also have access to Mercedes-Benz genuine parts in order to keep their vehicles operating at the highest level of quality and ensure their safety on the road.
Service Weekends will take place at EMC’s Mercedes-Benz Service Centres in Mussafah and Al Ain from October 14-16, November 11-13 and December 9-11 with customers able to visit from 2pm to 9pm on Fridays and from 8am to 6pm on Thursdays and Saturdays. Customers will receive a free health check for their vehicle as well as 50% off labour charges, parts and lifestyle accessories. They will also benefit from the free installation of the Mercedes Me Adapter where applicable, a new technology that links customers’ smartphones to their vehicles via Bluetooth.

Customers will be able to choose the service package that suits their needs and reflects their vehicle model, engine size and its date of production. For instance, the silver package covers three services starting from AED 1,250 excluding VAT. The purpose of this is to ensure customers have the utmost peace of mind when it comes to their out of warranty vehicles.
Other initiatives that fall under the end-of-year service offers include the application of more digital services for EMC customers. These include completely digitalising the customer journey experience through the use of StarView. With StarView, a link will be sent to customers via an SMS where they can virtually meet and greet certified technicians from the comfort of their own homes. They will enjoy access to their car’s entire service journey via an in-depth video demonstration and also engage with technicians for real time updates on the status of their vehicles. as well as conduct necessary payments, all in a seamless and personalized service experience.
