Aston Martin celebrated the timeless appeal of its models with the launch of a new global certified pre-owned sports car program named “Timeless”.
The program was set up to offer buyers pre-owned Aston Martin sports cars the ultimate level of confidence, quality, and assurance and is being launched worldwide across the brand’s 164-strong dealer network.
Aston Martin already has a pre-owned sports car buying and owning service that provides customers with a wide range of support for buying and owning a pre-owned Aston Martin sports car. “Timeless” builds on this strong foundation and will cover all Aston Martin models from the last ten years. Through the program, customers will have a chance to buy modern classics like the V12 Vantage, the DB9 and the DBS with no concerns about the quality or the service. Customers looking for more exotic models like the exclusive V12 Zagato and the iconic One-77 will also be able to get the cars of their dreams through the “Timeless” scheme.
In addition to purchasing the model they want to buy, customers will benefit from several additional features through the new Timeless programme including an Aston Martin provenance certificate, a VIP handover pack, a comprehensive one-year warranty complete with full roadside assistance, an exhaustive technical inspection including full hardware and software updates, complete verification of the car’s service history and valuable discounts on Aston Martin accessories for three months from the date of purchase
Speaking about the new manufacturer-backed pre-owned programme, Aston Martin VP & Chief Sales Officer, Christian Marti said that the new, improved pre-owned service has several additions like the inspection regime, which will include a comprehensive assessment and review of the cars’ software and technical condition for the first time is meant to enhance the confidence of the customers.
He added: “Aston Martin rightly prides itself on its personal customer service, attention to detail and luxury, and with the debut of the Timeless pre-owned programme around the world, I know we are better placed than ever to continue to improve these elements of our business.”
