AGMC, the official importer of BMW Group brands in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates has launched a range of innovative digital initiatives to ensure that each customer receives an efficient and seamless service, in the most convenient and safest way possible.
During these challenging times, AGMC will be encouraging customers to practice safety and social distancing with a new reward incentive on www.findyourbmw.ae. Consumers will have the chance to earn points until the 31st May 2020, supporting their own safety along with others’.
The reward initiative, which is a part of the dealer’s #StayHome and stay safe campaign, enables potential car buyers to earn 100 points daily, the equivalent to 100 AED. Points will be redeemable on each future car purchase with AGMC and will apply on all BMW models.
Customers can take the pledge to stay home and stay safe by registering through AGMC’s BMW digital showroom and creating their own personal profile. Those who sign up will start earning points instantaneously and an additional 1,000 points will also be added to the total earned points for the final online car booking and purchase.
Clients will be able to redeem and utilise their points on the purchase of either a new or used BMW from any AGMC showroom until 30th September 2020. The generated points will also remain valid on any car promotions running at the same time of purchase.
Ayhan Olcer, CEO for AGMC, says: “We decided to launch the #StayHome and stay safe initiative to give the public an extra incentive to stay home and prioritise their wellbeing above everything else. Now, all potential car buyers have the opportunity to earn a significant amount of points and ultimately, enjoy incredible discounts on their next BMW purchase with AGMC.”
To offer potential car buyers enhanced convenience, safety and confidence during these challenging times, AGMC together with BMW Financial Services has launched the Online Finance and Leasing Application on www.findyourbmw.ae and www.findyourmini.ae.
Customers can find the BMW & MINI vehicles offered by AGMC on a single platform, and once decided on the model, fill out and submit an online finance application form. AGMC will then check the customer’s eligibility before sharing the pre-approvals almost immediately. Potential clients will be able to loan or lease, reserve, book, make a down-payment, or pay in full for a car, all from the comfort of their own home.
Keeping in mind existing BMW and MINI customers, AGMC has also launched the BMW Service Online Booking Level 2 process and CitNOW – the new digital video sharing platform for those seeking ease and convenience on the after sales care of their BMW or MINI.
Customers can book a car service through the BMW webpage by creating an account and adding their vehicle information. BMW owners can then choose the type of service required, select their service advisor and book in their preferred date and time with just a click of a button.
CitNOW, AGMC’s newly introduced digital video sharing platform, is a tool which sends visual video updates to customers regarding their vehicle status and condition. The implementation of this new digital venture has elevated transparency between the dealership and its clients, minimising any communication gaps.
Ayhan Olcer, CEO for AGMC, added: “In order to adapt to these challenging times, we decided to launch these new digital ventures for our customers’ convenience that will be permanently available moving forward. We remain at the forefront of exciting changes to the UAE’s automobile market and implemented these online services to meet evolving consumer habits and demands.
