Al Nabooda Automobiles, the official distributor of Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has recently announced its franchise deal with Belron, the world-leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement.
The premier distributor will set up a vehicle glass repair and replacement business in the region utilizing the “Carglass” brand and will be supported by the Belron Group’s expertise. The agreement terms will see the debut of the region’s first-ever dedicated “Carglass” branches, and Al Nabooda will develop future plans to expand within the UAE and GCC countries.
According to K. Rajaram, CEO of Al Nabooda Automobiles, Belron’s dedication to quality of service directly mirrors their own attitude to providing their customers the best in after-sales care. He said that by collaborating with Belron on the franchise deal, they target to offer not only Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen customers with a world-class standard in vehicle glass repair and replacement, but all car owners in the UAE as well.
Belron takes pride in its long-standing history in the global motoring industry, spanning over a century. The firm operates in 34 countries and strives to offer the best quality service to the 11 million motorists they serve yearly throughout the world.
Meanwhile, Marc Vanholst, General Manager Belron Franchising, said that they are happy to have Al Nabooda as their franchise partner in the UAE and GCC. He noted that the company has the same focus on service quality and customer delight which they have throughout their group. “We look forward to a long lasting and successful cooperation.”
The collaboration between the two organizations will see Al Nabooda Automobiles positioned as the sole importer of Belron products and tools.
With the first-ever branch in Dubai, additional locations are anticipated to open across the UAE in the near future. Targeting other countries such as Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, the franchise will bring quality vehicle glass repair and replacement to the GCC region.
Over the last three years, the investment of Al Nabooda Automobiles has created some of the most impressive car dealership facilities in the region. These include the biggest Audi new car sales terminal in the world and one of the largest Porsche Centers, both in Dubai, as well as multi-brand showroom and service center facilities in Sharjah and Fujairah.
